Courier cost per shipment by weight, dimensions and COD; COD handling and payout terms; returns as separate lines.
The quote
Every line has a unit, VAT and validity
A PAKUM quote lists every service you use with its price, unit of calculation, VAT, validity period and payment terms. Nothing is charged that is not in the quote. Certain cooperation packages also include our software for running Meta and TikTok ads; the terms are stated in the quote. To get one, send us your brand, product range and expected monthly volume through the quote form.

Yes, TopOMS is included in fulfilment for clients. Store connection and onboarding are listed separately so you see what is included and what is charged.
Is there a start-up fee?
Any one-off costs, such as receiving and store connection, are listed in the quote and confirmed before the first delivery.
