E-commerce fulfilment in Serbia

A fulfilment centre that works as your warehouse, packing room and courier desk

PAKUM is a fulfilment centre (3PL) in Serbia for online stores. We take over everything that happens between the customer's click and the delivered parcel: receiving with verification and barcoding, warehousing, pick and pack with scan control, shipping through all Serbian couriers under one contract and one statement, cash-on-delivery collection with a fiscal receipt on every parcel, payout of collected amounts and returns handling. The TopOMS software comes with the service, so you see live stock and the status of every shipment.

We ship across Serbia, including Belgrade, Novi Sad and Niš. The same team, warehouse and software run our own brands and our clients' orders, which is why we say: we pack as if it were our own. If you are a brand from the region or further away and want to sell to Serbian customers, read how selling in Serbia from abroad works, or get a quote.

A brand from the EU, the UK, Switzerland, Turkey or the Western Balkans can use PAKUM as its Serbian 3PL (also spelled fulfillment center): they register a company in Serbia, stock crosses the border once on that company, customs-cleared, and every order ships locally with cash on delivery and a fiscal receipt. Customs, VAT, couriers and consumer rules are explained in our guide to fulfilment in Serbia for European brands.

Services

Every fulfilment service for online stores,
in one place.

When parcels leave

Confirmed by 17:00, it joins that day's dispatch queue.

When you stop packing yourself, the first worry is late parcels. So we work by queue, not by promise: an order your team confirms by 17:00 on a working day joins that day's dispatch queue, and we pack that queue in two shifts until 17:30.

  • Confirm by 17:00 on working days. An order confirmed by 17:00 joins that day's queue; confirmed later, it joins the next working day's queue.
  • Two shifts until 17:30. Afternoon orders go to the second shift, so most of the queue reaches the courier that afternoon; whatever misses the pickup leaves on the next working day.
  • Scanning at packing. Each item is matched to the order before it goes into the parcel, so a wrong item or variant does not pass.
  • Packaging and every courier. Courier bag, stretch and bubble wrap are included, and your flyer, sticker, gift or branded box goes into the parcel. All couriers run through one contract and one statement, with pickup every working day.

Control

Like the world's fulfilment centres:
everything is scanned, everything is known.

Everything runs on QR codes. Every shelf and every bin location has its own code, and every item is scanned at intake, at packing and on return. That is why we always know how much of everything is in stock and where each piece is, and why mistakes are hard to make: a wrong item does not pass the scan.

Software

You know where every item
and every parcel is.

TopOMS is the software our own sales run on, and it is included in fulfilment for clients: you follow your goods from intake to delivery.

Live stock

Stock per product and variant changes the moment an item is received or packed. What you see in the software is what sits on the shelf.

A code on every item

Every item carries a code, its own barcode or our QR, and is scanned from intake to dispatch. You know where the goods are, not just how many there are.

Status of every shipment

From order to delivery you see where the parcel is. Statuses come straight from the courier systems, so when a customer asks, you have the answer at once.

Fiscal receipts and cash on delivery

A fiscal receipt is issued automatically with every shipment, in your name. Collected cash is recorded per parcel and paid out per statement.

Your store connects once

Shopify, WooCommerce and sales funnel platforms connect directly; everything else goes through the API. Orders import on their own and stock levels flow back to your site.

Reports

Sales, returns and shipping costs in reports you open whenever you want, not at the end of the month.

Profit per order

You see what is left once goods, shipping and returns are deducted. Customers who refused a parcel more than once are flagged, so you spot them before shipping.

Mobile app

Everything you see on the computer is on your phone too: shipments by status and planned profit.

FAQ

Fulfilment in Serbia: frequently asked questions

What is included in PAKUM fulfilment?

Receiving with verification and barcoding, warehousing, pick and pack with scan control, shipping through all Serbian couriers under one contract, cash-on-delivery collection with a fiscal receipt on every parcel, payout of collected amounts and returns handling. The TopOMS software is included.

Can a foreign brand use PAKUM to sell in Serbia?

Yes, with a company registered in Serbia. You open a Serbian company, the goods are delivered to our warehouse on that company (you ship them, or a forwarder you choose delivers them), and we ship to Serbian customers with cash on delivery and a fiscal receipt on its behalf.

Which couriers do you ship with?

All major Serbian couriers, under one contract and one statement with us. You do not sign courier contracts yourself.

Do you connect to Shopify and WooCommerce?

Yes. Orders flow from your store into TopOMS, stock levels are sent back to the store, and you can follow every shipment's status in the software. Sales funnel platforms and an API are supported too.

How is pricing structured?

Per unit of work: receiving, storage by the space your goods occupy, packing per parcel, courier cost per shipment and cash-on-delivery handling. Every item is listed in the quote with its unit, VAT and validity.

By when must an order be confirmed to leave the day it comes in?

Confirmed by 17:00 on a working day, it joins that day's dispatch queue. We pack in two shifts until 17:30, so most of that queue reaches the courier that afternoon; whatever misses the pickup leaves on the next working day.
