Orders from your store arrive in TopOMS, a packer scans every item before it goes into the parcel, and the parcel is handed to a Serbian courier with a fiscal receipt. The same line packs our own brands' orders.
Process
From order to courier
The order appears in the software with items, variants, address and payment method. The picker collects the items, the packer scans each one against the order, the parcel is packed to your standard, labelled and handed to the courier with the fiscal receipt. You see the status of every shipment until delivery.

Couriers
All Serbian couriers, one contract
You do not sign courier contracts. Parcels ship through all major Serbian couriers under our contract and appear on one statement. Courier cost is shown per shipment by weight, dimensions and cash on delivery; see pricing. Cash collection and fiscal receipts are described under cash on delivery.

Can you use my packaging?
Yes. Your boxes, mailers, inserts and thank-you cards, or our standard packaging. The packing standard is defined in the quote.
How do you prevent wrong items in a parcel?
Every item is scanned before it goes into the parcel and the system stops the packer if the product or variant does not match the order.
Which couriers do you use?
All major Serbian couriers under one contract and one statement with us. The courier for each parcel is chosen by the agreed rules.
When are orders shipped?
Orders confirmed before the daily cut-off are handed to couriers according to the agreed schedule. The cut-off time is stated in the quote.
