Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery with a fiscal receipt in every parcel

Serbian customers pay at the door. We ship your orders cash on delivery through all Serbian couriers, put a fiscal receipt in every parcel, collect the money and pay it out to you per settlement, with a record per order in TopOMS.

How it works

From the customer's cash to your account

Fiscal receipt in the parcel

Every parcel leaves with a fiscal receipt issued through our fiscalisation, in line with Serbian rules for sales to consumers.

Courier collects the cash

The courier collects the amount at the door and transfers it to us. Refused parcels come back and are restocked.

Payout and records

Collected amounts are paid out per the agreed settlement period, with a statement per order in the software.

Risk control

Fewer refused parcels

Customers who repeatedly refuse parcels are flagged in TopOMS, and order confirmation rules can be agreed per brand. Returns are inspected and put back into stock, so refused parcels do not disappear as a loss; see returns.

Cash on delivery for brands with a Serbian company

Brands from abroad sell in Serbia through a company registered in Serbia. The stock is delivered to our warehouse on that company (you ship it, or a forwarder you choose clears and delivers it), and we ship cash on delivery with a fiscal receipt on its behalf and pay collected amounts out to it per settlement. FAQ

Cash on delivery: frequently asked questions

How does cash on delivery work in Serbia?

The customer pays the courier in cash at the door. The courier company transfers collected amounts to us, and we pay them out to you per the agreed settlement period, with a statement per order.

Do I need a fiscal receipt for online sales in Serbia?

Sales to consumers in Serbia require a fiscal receipt. We issue one for every parcel through our fiscalisation, so the customer receives it with the goods.

What happens when a customer refuses the parcel?

The parcel comes back, is inspected and returned to stock. Customers who refuse parcels repeatedly are flagged in the software so you send fewer parcels in vain.

Can customers pay by card?

Card payment depends on your store; cash on delivery is handled by us through the courier. Both can run in parallel.
