About PAKUM
Fulfilment born from our own online selling
PAKUM did not start as a logistics company. It grew out of a Serbian e-commerce operation that sells its own brands online every day. The warehouse, team and software that ship our orders now ship our clients' orders too.
Our story
We pack as if it were our own
Every process at PAKUM, from receiving and barcoding to scan-controlled packing, cash-on-delivery collection and returns, was built for our own brands first: TVTop, Maleni, ShopeX, NaKlik, HIR, Plantigo, Rabito, ReGen pro, Solea and Kupina. Clients get the same line, the same people and the same software, TopOMS.
