We get integration access (a Shopify app or a WooCommerce API key) without touching your design.
Product mapping
Each product and variant is linked to a code and QR label in TopOMS, so stock is tracked item by item.
Test order and launch
A test order confirms data flows both ways; goods are received and shipping starts on the agreed date.
Sales funnels, API and marketplaces
Besides Shopify and WooCommerce, TopOMS connects to sales funnel platforms and through the API, so orders from several channels end up in the same packing flow and the same statement. Shopify and WooCommerce: frequently asked questions
Do I have to change my store platform?
No. Your Shopify or WooCommerce store stays as it is; only who packs and ships changes. The store connects to TopOMS and orders flow to our warehouse.
Does stock sync back to the store?
Yes. TopOMS keeps physical and available stock per product and variant and sends it back to the store, so the store sells only what is on the shelf.
What about cash on delivery and fiscal receipts on Shopify?
Neither platform issues a Serbian fiscal receipt or collects cash at the door. We do both, independently of the platform.
Is there a test order before launch?
Yes. The store is connected at onboarding and a test order is run before the first shipment to customers.
