Everything runs on QR codes. Every shelf and every bin location has its own code, and every item is scanned at intake, at packing and on return. That is why we always know how much of everything is in stock and where each piece is, and why mistakes are hard to make: a wrong item does not pass the scan.

Is TopOMS included in the price?

Yes, for fulfilment clients. Store connection and onboarding are listed separately in the quote.

Which stores can be connected?

Shopify, WooCommerce and sales funnel platforms directly, and other systems through the API. The order intake for other channels is agreed in the quote.

Can several people from my team use it?

Yes. Access is per user, so your team sees stock, orders and reports without asking us.
