Your goods sit in a secured warehouse in Serbia with live stock levels in the TopOMS software, and from there they are packed and shipped straight to your customers. Warehousing that does the work, not just shelf space.
You do not need a warehouse, you need fulfilment
Renting a warehouse solves one problem: space. You still need a packer, courier contracts, cash-on-delivery collection, fiscal receipts and returns. Warehousing at PAKUM is not bare square metres: goods sit here, but they also leave from here, straight to the customer.
How receiving works
Receiving is the foundation of accurate stock. Nothing goes on a shelf before it is verified.
Announcement and delivery
You announce the delivery with quantities and products; you deliver the goods or we arrange pickup.
Verification and barcoding
Every item is counted and checked against the announcement; surplus, shortage or damage is logged immediately. Each product gets a QR code and a shelf location.
Into the software
Once verified, goods are entered into TopOMS. From that moment you see stock per product and variant and the goods are ready to ship.
Stock in the software equals stock on the shelf
Every item carries a QR code from receiving to shipping, so you follow live stock in TopOMS per product and variant, at any time, from any device. Reserved quantities in orders waiting to ship are shown separately from free stock, so your store never sells what is not on the shelf. When an item runs low, you see it in time to reorder.
Storage billed by occupied space
Storage is billed by the space your goods actually occupy, not by rented square metres. Receiving is a separate line, per delivery or per item, with barcoding if goods have no code. All units, VAT and terms are stated in the quote; see pricing.
Warehousing: frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum stock to start?
No rigid minimum in pallets. We work with sellers whose stock is a few boxes and with those who fill racks. What matters is that the goods turn over; we agree the volume in the quote.
How is storage billed?
By the space your goods actually occupy: part of a shelf, a rack or a pallet position, depending on dimensions and quantity. When stock shrinks, the bill shrinks.
Do my products need barcodes before they arrive?
No. On receiving, every product gets its own QR code and shelf location; if you already have barcodes, we use them and link them to our system.
Can I visit the warehouse?
Yes, by appointment. The warehouse is in Serbia and existing and prospective clients visit regularly.
